Dismissal, Grades K-2
** To minimize the number of people at dismissal, we are asking that only 1 family member  drop off/pick up their child.

  • Dismissal is from 2:15-2:20.
  • Families may not enter the school yard.  Families must wait at the gate for your child.  Students will be dismissed one at a time.
  • Grades K-2 will dismiss from the yard, in the same location as arrival.
  • Kindergarten dismissal will be at 2:15.
  • Grades 1 and 2 will dismiss promptly at 2:20.
  • We encourage families to coordinate pick up with other families in their cohort to decrease the amount of parents at pick up.

Dismissal Grades 3-5
** To minimize the number of people at dismissal, we are asking that only 1 family member  drop off/pick up their child.

  • Ms. Stoddard’s class will dismiss from the yard.
  • All other classes in grade 3-5 will dismiss from 8th Street.
  • Mr. Week’s class will dismiss from 8th Street on the left side of the school building (near the garden entrance).
  • 4th grade will cross over 8th Street and dismiss from the gate on the side of the church building.
  • 5th grade will dismiss on 8th street on the right side of the school building.  They will line up along the fence and the neighboring stoops.

Late Pick up

  • We are asking all families to make an enormous effort to be on time for pick up.
  • Students who are late being picked up will be brought to the yard.
  • Families must pick up their child from the 7th street yard upon arrival.
  • If the weather is bad, students who are late being picked up will be brought to the lunchroom.
Parents must then enter through the 8th street entrance.
